Augustana College Greek Life

Recruitment is made up of informal and formal rush sessions as well as preference and bid day. During informal sessions all potential new members go around to different locations in the Quad Cities to meet every fraternity or sorority. After attending informal sessions groups will extend an invitation to attend their formal rush and potential new members may attend up to three formal rush events. Concluding those formal sessions each potential new member will submit their preference on the top three groups from the list of formals they attended. Finally, potential new members will receive bids from chapters.
